The recipe came from Weight Watcher’s, I added Asian greens to the vegetable mixture, and radishes to the potato topping. My family enjoyed it. I followed the recipe but was disappointed at how bland it turned out. Usually WW recipes are full of flavor but not this time.
Note to self: make mashed potatoes/radishes the way you’d eat them next to a steak and a salad before putting them on Shepherd’s Pie!
