Hooray! Red russian kale is back in my box this week. Look how pretty this is!
Rather than a baked potato, I decided on a baked radish! So I washed it, cut off the top and bottom….
I poked holes in it with a fork and put it in the microwave for 4 minutes on HIGH. Then wrapped it in foil for awhile…maybe 10 minutes?
I cut it up and put some butter, salt, and pepper on it…YUM!!!
